Product Warranty
Product Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed against any faults in respect of workmanship and/or materials for up to three (3) months. This warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect use of the product.
Returns Policy
All goods are checked prior to shipping to ensure that they are in complete working order, good condition, and no evidence of damage.
If you are not completely satisfied with the manufacturing quality of the product, Safe Eyes will be happy to exchange your purchase providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging. Safe Eyes will pay for the shipping.
Before returning to us, Safe Eyes will request that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product (via email to sales@safeeyesaustralia.com.au) with an explanation and a photo of the faulty product so Safe Eyes can get back to you quickly and resolve the problem.
If the product is deemed not to be faulty, Safe Eyes may in its absolute discretion refuse to exchange the product.
Safe Eyes reserves the right to test any returned defective product. If the condition of the product was misrepresented to us by the customer, Safe Eyes may impose a $55 handling and administration fee.
If damage occurs during transit and you have insurance, then Safe Eyes will request that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Please make sure the goods are repacked in the original packaging they arrived in.
Refunds
Please choose carefully and review all products in your cart when completing the checkout process as your order cannot be cancelled once Safe Eyes has provided you with the order reference number.
No refunds, credit or exchanges are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.
Refunds will only be offered where an exchanged product can not be provided.
Returns
Once Safe Eyes has received and processed the return of the product, Safe Eyes will exchange it and send to you without any delay.

If you have lost your invoice, please supply us with the original order details, such as, order number (which you would have received confirming your order when it was placed), postal address, date of tax invoice and a contact email address, so we can contact you immediately if Safe Eyes needs further information.

Warranty
When you purchase through our website, your product is automatically covered under the manufacturer's warranty. All our products are 100% guaranteed against any faulty workmanship and or materials for 3 months. But not guaranteed against misuse or incorrect use. Safe Eyes agrees and comply with the Consumers Guarantees Act.

Delivery & Shipping
Dispatch of goods is arranged through our Australia Post Service.
The postage options are:

- Express Post
- Registered Post which includes insurance
For international postage the options are:
- Regular Airmail
- Registered Airmail which includes insurance
Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker.
